About Simon Corveleyn

Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn profile page. My name is, obviously, Simon Corveleyn and I am currently working as a senior Transformation & Change Consultant for delaware. I graduated from the university of Ghent (Belgium), where I studied to become a Master of Arts in Multilingual Business Communication. Previously I studied English and Latin, the last of which is perhaps less useful in the present day world. That is why I am now focusing on my English and French, while not trying to lose track of my German (which is a must in a country with three national languages). After my literature studies I chose to broaden my perspective to the branch of business communication, because I felt the need for a more practical skill set to fall back on while working in PR and communications. This change of scenery has given a real boost to my range of interest in the several disciplines of my current studies, such as marketing, PR, copy writing etc. In 2015 I also did a three month internship at IBM Benelux, where I assisted the external communications team with their press relations and press monitoring, while writing press releases and blog posts and creating social media campaigns. Since then I have acquired a broad experience in Change Management, IT Transformation, B2B copywriting and content creation in several industries, such as corporate communication, retail, food, agriculture, DIY and especially in IT and technology.
