About Simon Croft

Commenced career in the tour operators sector with Mandeer Holidays on the YTS scheme, then went onto Global Overland (ILG Group) to head the VISA Dept & then onto the Special Groups Dept, moved on to be Supervisor of the Planning and Business Development Division at JTB London via Gullivers Travel Agency before moving to Osaka, Japan from 1998 to 2003 where I was Assistant Manager, Sales, Marketing and Customer Services at Royal International Air Catering Co Ltd later Kansai In Flight Catering, an airline catering company. Came back to the U.K in January 2004 and was one of the founder members of MercAid Cars Ltd now MotorAid Ltd. Head up the sales division for all of our group of companies where I'm a Co Director along with my partner and long term good friend Steve Abbs. In addition to MotorAid, I also have shareholdings in Hygiene Contracts Ltd, past Essex Classic Cars Ltd and SeeClear Ltd. Its an eclectic mix of businesses that all need expertise in my specialities of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Services. I'm an affable person that has a high degree of integrity with a tenacious never say die attitude. I like to look at everything I do in perspective and take the time and effort to make sure I'm arriving at the best decisions for our group of companies. People buy from people, so always give the customer what they want and not what you think they want. Always be serious & honest, have the utmost integrity and above all be trusted.
