I am the co-founder and CEO of Bastion Shine, a creative consultancy based in Auckland. I’m a partner in a Silicon Valley based human capital and coaching business with clients in North America and throughout Asia Pacific with a partnership with New Zealand Rugby called All Blacks Performance Labs. I’m also Dad to three amazing young girls, and married my sweetheart Nerolie.
