CAREER HIGHLIGHTS - Negotiating a substantial settlement for an individual in a complex and long-running dispute with their housebuilder shortly after taking over the matter- Drafting a comprehensive suite of loan documents and procedures for private lenders resulting in lower rates of default and litigation- Obtaining and enforcing search and seizure orders for a business against multiple former employees who were trying to take key customer data to a competitor- Successfully acting for the plaintiff in the leading Australian case concerning the circumstances in which the nominated executor under a will can demonstrate that the deceased did not intend the appointment to be revoked by their subsequent divorce- Winning at trial for an international printer which had produced the forms for the Irish census, after the census was cancelled and the customer then tried to allege that the forms were defective.
