About Simon Curwen

I am a full time desktop publisher/graphic designer. I have experience working in a marketing capacity and have been involved in elements of marketing, from producing promotional items to event co-ordination and event promotion to photography "on the day". The vast majority of my career has been focused on marketing to two main groups of people. Firstly the 14-18 school leaver category and secondly decision makers and recruitment professionals within businesses. Away from the day to day workings, I'm a mixed bag really. Techno-fan on one hand and real enthusiast for industrial beasts on the other. From games consoles, computers, terabytes and gigahertz I also enjoy nostalgia. Steam power, locomotives, traction and stationary engines; as well as Great architectural feats from the likes of Isambard Kingdom Brunel and Gustave Eiffel. I find there's a little phrase to get me through most situations."A lack of forward planning on your behalf, does not constitute to a crisis on mine" or "If something is fun, its not worth doing" Enough of the epistle, if there's anything you'd like to know - feel free to drop me a message.
