I currently work at Cisco supporting Cisco Umbrella as a Senior technican in the EMEA team, following a promotion. Previously I worked at Barracuda Networks dealing with their Web Security Gateway, Reporting server, Content Shield and Email Security Service, providing support to customers and assisting with internal queries and escalations across EMEA, APAC and the US. Before this, I supported the Content Delivery Network at Level 3, dealing with high profile customers, and working to a strict SLA's ensuring changes and issues were resolved before they impacted customers. Following an internal promotion, I worked as a 2nd line Software Analyst at Voyager Software, dealing with ticket escalations from the first line team and training them. I assisted the projects team in improving documentation to make it more customer friendly, and escalated cases to 3rd line/Dev. I started my Career at Exertis on the 24x7 Help-desk, supporting managed customers on Samsung/NEC and Shortel VOIP, SonicWall and Forescout Firewalls and realtime monitoring of DDOS and malicious attacks on Webscreen for large customers.
