I am the Vice President with full P&L responsibility, and the target to deliver sales growth and improved profitability. I led the business on a Journey to Commercial Excellence, achieving a sales volume growth of 13% and a Gross Contribution growth of 23% over a three-year period, with an EBITDA improvement of 11%.
