Currently I am working in a GMP certified hospital pharmacy for aseptic production. I have graduated as PhD from pharmacy in 2023 and finished my studies of master level pharmacy in 2018, during this time I could already collect experience tutoring students in various lab courses over two and a half years, as well as being employed in a Horizon 2020 project for year - developing and optimizing in-vitro assays for studying the P-gp & BCRP blocking potential of small molecular drugs (these transporters play a vital role in cancer resistance by transporting agents out of the overexpressing cell). In my PhD I was studying targeted nucleic acid carriers in gene therapy as well as validating nucleic acid formulations ex-vivo in a transgenic mouse model in the group MMCT (macromelcular cancer therapeutics) of Prof. Manfred Ogris at the university of Vienna.
