About Simon Dillon

Simon has been with CBRE since 1994 and is a senior partner of one of the most successful corporate real estate teams in Orange County. He excels in his role as a chief advisor and is primarily responsible for team leadership, negotiating lease and sale transactions and project management. He regularly serves in a direct advisory roll to Board of Directors for many organizations including banking. Simon’s strong relationship and management skills have enabled him to consistently be involved with a majority of the significant office transactions in Orange County. Simon places a high value on his relationships and is a loyal servant to his clients. He sees himself as an extension of his clients and therefore always acts in their best interest. He sets high standard for himself and his team and is known for conducting business with diplomacy, integrity and mutual respect. During his tenure with CBRE, Simon has been recognized as a Top 25 producer for the Orange County region, as well as received the CBRE Award of Excellence Broker of the Year Award for the Newport Beach Office.
