I have been in the construction industry since 2008, spending much of my apprenticeship working in northern Alberta for Kamwin Electric ltd. Quickly establishing myself in a leadership role at a young age and earning foremanship. Through hard work and dedication revolving around the renovation and construction of large institutional projects, I was able to earn an invitation to the ownership group of which i became a partner of Kamwin Electric ltd. in 2016 and held the role for 5 years before moving to southern BC with my family. Being involved in ownership of a large company at the young age of 25,(Kamwin ran from 60 to 160 staff at its peek), I was exposed to large responsibilities and have been involved in many aspects of construction company management. From training staff, hiring and firing, design, QAQC, scheduling, customer/client relations and coordination, budgeting, remote projects and managing multiple projects at once. I am now General Foreman/Operations Manager/Project Manager with Four Point Electric Inc, a company that has a diverse portfolio in projects and looking to establish itself as a leader in institutional and industrial construction. I am confident that Four Point Electric Inc. can become the standard of how we do construction today and into the future.
