About Simon Dunning

I am a qualified pharmacist, having graduated with a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) from Keele University in 2023. I am passionate about further developing my expertise as a clinical pharmacist, with a particular focus on running patient-facing clinics and excelling within the Primary Care Network (PCN) setting. My experience spans both community and hospital pharmacy, gained through my foundation training year, placements, and employment. I have a strong commitment to patient safety, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous professional development, supported by a reflective approach to practice. I bring strong communication, teamwork, resilience, and organisational skills, and I am eager to use these to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to multidisciplinary teams, improve patient outcomes, and enhance access to high-quality pharmaceutical care within primary care.
