As Sales & Operations Manager my role is to oversee our high performance sales team. My role is quite simple. To get the best out of my team and turn them into a KPI killing machine. Now this is achieved by many different contributions I bring into my role but the main contribution is I BELIEVE in everyone of my staff. By believing in every individual in my team I can get the best out of them, whether it’s in them making a sale or in a training session. If your staff sees and feels that belief you have in them, then there is no end to their potential. Now obviously there are many other attributes that go into a successful team but I am not going to give those away. What I bring to my role: Ability to write successful scripts Hands on coaching and training A thirst for wanting to achieve more A hunger for success The ability to work with & bring together all character’s within the team A respectful approach to staff & clients This in turn reflects on our client’s journey with Wealth Hub Australia.
