I currently lead the business of Orion Health’s operations in Europe — combining commercial insight, strategic partnerships, and clinical understanding to support clients in delivering safer, more connected care. Previously, I led the successful deployment of the first Health Information Exchange (HIE) in the Middle East, enabling over 30 million records to be shared across four organizations in under six months. I’ve also led cross-functional teams in Spain and France, driving large-scale projects with consistently strong outcomes in delivery, stakeholder engagement, and adoption. My background spans five countries (Spain, France, UK, New Zealand, Middle East), allowing me to navigate the complexity of healthcare systems with a global mindset and a local approach.
