Over the past 10 years, I have developed a wealth of experience that has shaped me into the teacher and leader I am today. I am passionate, forward-thinking, and deeply committed to ensuring every student feels valued, supported, and able to thrive. My greatest strength lies in my pastoral care and my ability to build meaningful, lasting rapport with students. I take pride in creating an environment where learners feel safe, respected, and motivated to achieve their full potential. Alongside this, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to nurture growth, raise aspirations, and develop the skills of every student I teach. I have taught across four Key Stages (2–16) and have swiftly progressed into leadership roles within my subject area. This reflects both my dedication to professional growth and my drive to positively impact every learning community I am part of.
