A very experienced manual software test analyst & systems analyst, my broad spectrum technical skill set also covers a number of support, training and analysis IT roles, frequently client-facing. I have a strong work ethic and take an ownership attitude towards my workload, and I take ensuring the quality of output for my company's clients (and enabling my colleagues to do the same) very seriously indeed.Several years of manual functional, exploratory, end-to-end and regression testing experience includes a variety of software, websites & apps, in addition to UI / UX testing. Keen on technical learning, I'd love to learn more about automation. I have strong experience with documentation; creation of procedure & process guides and training materials. I also have many years of maintenance and user support experience, including Office 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory as well as hardware repair / upgrade, new user setup and more. I have some server admin & infrastructure experience, and I have also frequently been called upon to assist with training.Rounding out my IT skill set, I'm experienced in the use of WordPress, web content editing / management experience, and some knowledge of Front End web design.Following a period working in client-facing roles in the City of London and some self-employment, I returned to education by taking a Computing Degree with Bath University (graduated 2011). Since then I have established a career as an IT professional.Away from work, at Yatton Rugby Club I have played and volunteered in many roles, including two years as the chairman of the Junior / Youth section of the club, coaching / management of junior & senior teams, and serving on the committee. I also previously acted as the webmaster for the club and fixtures secretary for the colts side. I am also involved with a local amateur dramatic pantomime group, and have been the host of two successful podcasts that accumulated 60+ episodes and in excess of downloads between them.
