After that incredible experience, where I learned heaps about sales, customer interactions, and the nitty-gritty of running a business, I made my way into the tech sector. Now, I’m a Sales Support Specialist at SupportMyMac, where we're all about drama free Apple IT solutions. Here, my focus is on understanding each client's unique needs and crafting IT strategies that aren't just off-the-shelf solutions, but personalized approaches that fit like a glove. It's about listening, adapting, and delivering IT that really works for the people who use it.
