About Simon Freakley

I have been advising clients for more than 30 years in areas such as business turnaround, strategic consulting, and the development and implementation of performance improvement and accelerated transformation programs. As a business leader, I believe deeply in the importance of values-based leadership. I find it critically important to consistently communicate a vision and strategy for the business, and to identify and drive change at speed through fork-in-the-road moments. These requirements become more essential every day as disruption cycles accelerate and begin to eclipse economic cycles as the major drivers of change in the global economy.
