I'm a qualified programme and project manager and management of risk practitioner, who has led successful projects and coordinated business development activities across a variety Healthcare settings. Having worked in a variety of roles across the healthcare system, I have gained valuable knowledge and skills, ranging from customer service skills on the frontline in Accident and Emergency, to Lean Thinking, Facilitation and Service improvement techniques.Experience includes - Leading change in the healthcare environment, implementing a new outsourced transcription service in Tallaght Hospital, including redesigning processes and procedures and implementing them across the Hospital. Leading a team of User Administrators for the major clinical applications within the Hospital, ensuring the applications are available to effectively support patient care. Business Development Lead and Project management support in developing and delivering new business for the CSUs IT team. IT business accounted for 33% of the CSUs growth with a portfolio of £25m. Awarded 1st place on an IT framework for £8m worth of IT services.Conducted deep dive service reviews, developing and embedding lean thinking within different teams in different environments. Following the initial project with Unipart, replicated the Unipart way, leading several successful quality improvement projects, delivering benefits across a number of areas such as improved quality, reduced time & reduced costs.Responsibility’s for Key Performance Indicator Reporting for customers, using analytical skills to pull together complex information from a variety of sources into a single easy to understand report. Redesigned and automated the process for data collection, allowing the reports to be easily generated by a junior member of staff.Led the workstream to develop standing operating procedures, successfully plan and implement standard operating procedures’ for the NELCSUs 44 service lines
