About Simon Graf

I help improve production systems by combining Lean Management principles with digital manufacturing tools. My work focuses on making processes more efficient and transparent – using solutions like digital shopfloor boards, smart scheduling, and data-driven decision support. I enjoy finding practical ways to reduce waste, improve flow, and support daily operations with simple, effective tools. Currently, I'm supporting a manufacturing company in China on their digital transformation journey. Earlier, I spent time in Japan, where I got to experience a different cultural perspective on work and efficiency – insights that continue to shape how I think about production and improvement. I'm always curious to learn more and open to new ideas – especially where technology and hands-on improvement meet.
