Registered Nurse (RN), with 20+ years experience in a variety of roles both domestically in Australia and overseas (Asia, Middle-East, Canada & Western Africa). Roles have included but are not limited to: Clinic Manager (ISOS); Charge Nurse for an Oil & Gas Operator; Pre-hospital, Emergency and Occupational RN; Remote Area Healthcare provider (SAMO); AHA instructor; EHS team member; Industrial Audiometric Technician & Electrical Technical Officer. A self-motivated highly organised individual, with a strong work ethic, who is driven by results and able to gain commitment by building effective working relationships, is a team player with proven interpersonal and communication skills across different cultures and at all levels of management. Current role includes: Pre-hospital RN: 24hr call-out to man Helicopters and Ambulance; Team-lead for fire and HazMat response crews (SCBA and basic fire tool's and equipment); Electronic Medical Record Administrator (EMR); Primary support for on & offshore facilities (5 & 5, 500+ personnel in total); Occupational Nurse duties including: teaching (i.e. general healthcare, malaria awareness, health and hygiene, chemical safety, STDs and HIV); 2012-13 flu vaccination program; Industrial Audiometric Technician duties; Drug and alcohol testing as per EHS policy and special community projects; Offshore duties as medic on fixed platform and FPSO included but were not limited to; Inductions; EHS safety brief's; Management of POB and logistics for personnel, passports and T card systems; Previous EHS duties and experience dates back to the Australian Army, included: kitchen (food and hygiene), barracks and ablution inspections; Vector control (rodents, insects, mosquito surveys, fogging, residual spraying; Work place/ camp safety, including potable water analysis (bacterial and chemical) and safety audits.
