Simon has been a property professional for almost 15 years and has been selling and renting multi-million-pound properties to sports personalities and high-net-worth individuals in London and Hertfordshire. In 2014, he completed his first transaction with a local Premier League Football Club, sourcing first team players, academy, and coaching teams’ suitable rentals from luxury penthouses to countryside mansions. During the pandemic, Simon worked with Warner Brother studios, moving A-lister Hollywood actors who required short-term rentals whilst filming. Together with his business partner John who has worked in development and construction for over 20years, Simon is taking the biggest step in his career to date by founding Hawskgrove Estates.
