A highly ambitious coach with a passion for Strength and conditioning, vastly experienced working in teams and individually and I am always seeking personal development. Currently I am the head strength and conditioning coach for Force strength and conditioning based in the Vale of Glamorgan; my main roles involve managing and the development of a team of 3 other trainers as well as 4 apprentice trainers. Previously I was the lead trainer at B Fit PT for 4 years where I managed the development of 4 other personal trainers as well as running operations and gym maintenance I am an NSCA certified strength + conditioning specialist (CSCS) and I am currently the strength and conditioning coach at St Peter’s rugby club in Cardiff. Next season (2022/23) they will ply their trade in the Welsh championship east division after finishing last season as champions of Division 1 East Central.
