Faster Payments Program Manager and Scheme Industry Readiness Manager for the delivery of the Bank of England’s highest priority change delivery from 2013 – 2015. The New Settlement Prefunding program required significant operational, legal and technical changes across the Bank of England (RTGS), BACS and Faster Payments. Apart from robust and controlled project management and coordination across the BOE and Schemes this change delivery was dependent on a focus on risk mitigation through an airtight approach and plan regarding Industry Readiness. Multi stakeholder relationship management and communication were key. The delivery was smooth, successful and commended. Faster Payments Program Manager responsible for the delivery of Faster Payments readiness to the Account Switching overall program. This included the technical delivery of Payment Redirection and the associated testing and technical and operational readiness of the Scheme and its Members. The Faster Payments delivery of Account Switching was delivered successfully and smoothly and called out by the Account Switching Program for its management, approach and lack of issues. Designed, stood up and ran the Release Management function and team at Northern Trust for the ‘Cash Program’. Responsible for the Project Management, delivery and Scheme/Member readiness for all major projects in Faster Payments and Paym from 2012 – 2017.
