About Simon Holland

I am a self-motivated, ambitious graduate student who studied BA Hons Business Studies at Sheffield Hallam University with a reputation for innovative ideas, excellent communication skills and can easily adapt to the ever-changing working environments. Success in previous employment as an Assistant Buyer during my placement year and Assistant Project Management roles required the ability to work to set deadlines and stick to targets whilst gathering the necessary information to make a sound decision. I pride myself on my ability to work hard and adapt to any situation successfully. You will struggle to find somebody more motivated to succeed and who is willing to go the extra mile to accomplish his targets and help his colleagues. Working under pressure pushes me to surpass expectations. Within my degree, I study core modules such as Leadership, Employee Relations, Strategic Management and Organisational Change and Consultancy which will aid me to develop my experiences and vital skills to benefit my professional development and future careers.
