About Simon Holmes

I am an effective senior leader whose most recent experience is in a not for profit organisation offering free business advice and support to Start Up and Growing companies. In addition, we operate commercial managed office space. My role of Director of Client Services is to operate both client facing elements of the business through effective project and people management of a team of 24 staff. This involved staff performance management and prioritisation of strategic objectives. Wenta has achieved large scale improvements recently going from a service offering around hours of business advice and support to over and national digital service. Our 4 centres remain 90%+ full and we have ambitions to increase our revenues further over the next 5 years. With the Senior Leadership team, I have been involved in strategic planning and board presentation on our 5 years plan. I have outstanding knowledge of European and DWP contracting environments having managed projects over £5m in contract value. Personally, I have experience in all areas of Operations, and have managed financial budgets in excess of £5m
