About Simon Jackson

With a deep-rooted passion for fintech, I've dedicated my career to implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions, especially within the multi-jurisdiction offshore sector. My clients a range from FinTech to wealth management, trust companies, offshore banks, and even governments. For over two decades, I've witnessed the transformative power of technology firsthand. A significant part of that journey has been with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and now Microsoft Power Platform, tailored specifically for the FinTech sector. But what truly excites me is the potential of Artificial Intelligence. I firmly believe that the future of all solutions lies in integrating AI, that will revolutionise how we operate and make decisions. We don't just offer solutions; we also drive continuous improvement. As we navigate the ever-evolving technological landscape, my aim is to ensure that our clients reduce costs and amplify their profitability through smart, AI-driven processes. I'm hands-on in my approach, and work closely with a range of stakeholders, from executives to technical decision-makers. My background in software development and databases has always been a cornerstone, allowing me to innovate and craft solutions that are secure, robust, and tailored for multi-jurisdictional models. If there's one thing I've learnt, it's that technology, when used right, can be a game-changer, with the added dimension of AI, the possibilities are endless.
