I see through and advise which buttons to push to motivate people. My approach is that ”All stakeholders should always be listened to” (have a voice). And qualifying others: I have the experience in teaching and instructing. I am the one, who knows how the process will work most efficiently. I develop and adjust the users' tool accordingly. I create structured learning processes out of ”chaos”.
