About Simon Kagwe

Simon's life's mission is to love and serve God and others. He values Faith, Family, and Friendship. He is a Fearless Influencer of Society. He is a husband and father of three amazing girls. He has been fortunate to have had authentic leadership experiences, with notable examples including the President of AIESEC in Kenya and Co-founder and Managing Director of You and I. He has received several awards, including an Associate Fellowship Award from the Royal Commonwealth Society (RCS) and the United Nations Global School Ambassador of Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN). Simon is a lifelong learner who believes that great leaders are readers. He pursued and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi and holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Strathmore University. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the African Leadership University School of Business (ALUSB) in Rwanda. He graduated from the Fearless Institute Leadership Program by Mavuno Church. He is a Certified Hogan Assessment Feedback Provider and a Certified Executive Leadership and Team Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). He is a Ph.D. candidate in Strategic Leadership and Change Management at USIU-Africa. He is passionate about Quality Education. He firmly believes in service leadership, which is about character, integrity, and positive influence. He is also a mentor and role model to many young leaders and has authored two books on Youth Discipleship, titled "Youth on a Mission." He is an Associate Pastor at his local church, Mavuno Downtown, with his wife, Wambui, where they disciple many leaders to be Fearless Influencers of Society. He has worked with The Room as a Pathfinder for Young Professionals and as a Consultant at Career Connections, where he served in the Leadership, Coaching, and Change team and at NiaDelta as an adjunct facilitator in the leadership and coaching programs. He currently works at ALU School of Business as a Senior Learning Experience Designer for the Post-Graduate Programs, including the Executive MBA and as a Leadership Subject Matter Expert. He also serves at the Fearless Institute by Mavuno Church as the Executive Dean, a Faculty Member, and as an Executive & Team Coach, and is affiliated with the Association for Coaching (AC) as an Accreditation, Education, and Development Lead. Simon is also the Founder and CEO of Agape Coaching Group (ACG), focused on the HeArt of Leading. Simon's legacy is to be remembered as a Faithful and Fruitful Follower of Christ.
