I'm an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a strong focus on my clients' desired outcomes. Specialist areas- Airspace Development. I and my team offer a full cost effective service, incorporating the collaborative services of other professionals, for developers and seller to establish the feasibility of airspace development for minimum fixed sunk cost risk. If a site is feasible we offer a fixed fee legal service collaborating with other professionals to deliver an airspace development and sell the resultant residential units. We offer additional support through our extensive network of funders and other collaborative partners. My team and I give training on Airspace Development and work with other professionals to deliver seminars and talks on the subject- Property development. General property development expertise with a particular focus on small/medium sized developments that are especially suited to modular development. We have extensive contacts in the modular development industry to help our modular developers at every step of the way- Pension Property (SIPP & SSAS). From many years heading a property pensions team, I'm uniquely knowledgeable about the requirements in respect of property transactions of SIPP and SSAS providers- General Commercial Property matters: years of experience and expertise dealing with leases, sales, purchases, options, conditional contracts, etc. I seek to provide costs transparency to my clients almost always offering fixed fees or capped fees so that my clients can be comfortable with their legal spend and manage their budgets accordingly.
