About Simon Khoury

I started working my first job at the age of fourteen. If there was one thing that I learned throughout my experience is that communication and customer service are the two most important things in any business. Another thing that I learned was that I love working with people. I am happiest when I am able to help someone find their place in an organization. I've had the opportunity to perform training sessions, recruit new people to different collegiate organizations, and work with others to better hone their strengths. Because I entered the work force at an early age, I have a wide range of experience in many different areas. I have worked in the manufacturing industry full time for Allsteel, Inc. and as an intern for Caterpillar, Inc. I also have 4 years of experience working in event coordination through St. Ambrose University. Another position that I've held was a secretary's assistant for a local law firm in Peoria, Illinois, giving me my first glimpse of what the business world was like. As I said above, I learned that I love working with people. My past roles, along with my schooling at St. Ambrose University have helped me develop my skills in relationship building, leadership development, and team management. I thrive in a dynamic environment built on communication, team building, and employee success.
