I strive to build digital and physical collaboration spaces that everyone understands and wants to use, so that everyone can engage in trusted and efficient team collaboration. I typically do this within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, using adoption and change management techniques from Prosci. Importantly, I see team collaboration as the interplay between individual and collaborative work.
