Passionate about agribusiness, my entrepreneurial background allows me to have an overview of the food chain, from farmers and raw materials to the European distribution sector and manufactured products. Experienced in working with different cultures and professional personalities, I'm results-oriented and resourceful, always looking for new challenges. Professional Background: My professional adventure started by earning my Master's Degree from EDC Paris Business School. I left Paris to join a Peruvian company importing French wine. The richness of diverse climates in Peru led me to connect with the land and local farmers. Co-founding a sourcing company, I bridged trust between European and Peruvian businesses for more than 3 years. I then decided to promote Peruvian agriculture through a 2-year mission as a Business Development Manager at MONHA SERVICE, Peru's third-largest paprika exporter, where I developed new product lines and expanded turnover. Returning to France during the COVID-19 crisis, I joined a business involved in the importation and distribution of vanilla beans from Madagascar before moving to Solina Group, a fast-growing company with an entrepreneurial focus (650M€ to 1,5B€ turnover in 3 years). As a global procurement category manager, I now lead sourcing strategy design and purchasing within several raw materials categories, managing over 1300 SKUs, and taking responsibility for approximately 50 million euros in annual spending for 43 factories worldwide.
