Travel to the California, United States to transfer the design and manufacturing processes of new products from R&D Center to Wallaby Shanghai for mass production, including the transfer of stent retrieval, aneurysm embolic coil, and ICAD stent (including overseas training, transfer plans, equipment & tooling and raw material ready, production line set-up, type testing builds, animal study, process validation, etc.). As the project manager and technical lead, lead and complete the projects such as embolic coil production line extension and manufacturing site transfer of coil line, continuous improvement of current manufacturing line of commercial product (including tooling development, process improvement, trouble shoot, solve raw material issues), as well as cost saving and efficiency improving (such as in house manufacturing of raw materials, secondary vendor development, etc.). Familiar with the process flow and requirements of product design transfer, product verification and validation. Proficient in using various tools such as SolidWorks, Minitab, Bartender, Excel, PLM, SAP, etc. Familiar with GMP, ISO 13485, and MDSAP, as a core technical engineer, participate in all kinds of internal and external audits and have much experience. Clear logic, strong professionalism and execution ability. As a trainer for the company's Smart Sharing Club, share products internally multiple times. Lead two projects to be awarded as Excellent Team and as Outstanding Employee for the year 2022. Lead a technical team with 2 subordinates.
