About Simon Lount

I am currently General Manager Sales & Marketing for Häfele New Zealand. I am responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets for our team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers across New Zealand. I am also responsible for the Category Management Team to target and look for market opportunities, introduce new product ranges, manage the life cycle and exit strategies of product, and develop appropriate pricing strategies. As part of the role, I have overall responsibility for all aspects of Marketing; this includes our websites, digital marketing, social media, and all print media to support our sales team. Management of both the marketing and the sales staff to meet the company's operations goals. Other responsibilities include participating in the company S & Op process, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.
