About Simon Manak

I am young, assertive and self-organized guy with an education in business administration and business valuation.* I gained the experience in real estate at the company SachsenFonds Asset Management Czech.* As a part of a financial department I had a great opportunity to find out how is real estate project financed, completely managed and especially, thanks to my position, how the real estate bookkeeping a reporting works in multinational company with all specification typical for this business.* After that I was working for 2,5 years at P3 logistic parks - specialist owner, developer and manager of European logistics properties as an Finacial controller/Reporting specialist, where I was responsible from my position for the portfolio with turnover more than 1,5 bln CZK *Currently I am working at Zebra Technologies company in Brno as an General Ledger accountant responsible for UK entity covering whole EMEA business activities.* I also know what manual work means. Each holidays during the studies at high school I had been working for various companies from construction industry as a construction worker.
