I am a quick-learning and adaptable IT professional with 10 years experience in the industry. With a strong background in Customer Service and Software Testing, I am passionate about providing quality customer service, IT troubleshooting/support and testing solutions for a variety of software applications in fast-paced environments, including Agile. I have experience supporting and testing modern Linux systems, legacy systems, databases, customer information control systems (CICS), web forms, pages and mobile apps. With a key focus on efficiency, quality and the customer experience, I possess the skills to ensure things are done right first time. Experienced with the software development life-cycle, I have the ability to present, co-operate and effectively communicate technical and non-technical aspects of the project/solution with the customer, business and other stakeholders. I have a passion for continuous improvement, and will efficiently and effectively create and execute a robust set of tests for any software solution whilst remaining in contact with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress.
