My current job role involves the overall IT Service Delivery for multiple international businesses reporting directly to the customers Business Managers, IT Directors, IT consultants, COO’s or CEO’s.Owning the relationship with the customer is critical for customer satisfaction and business retention. A strong technical background and understanding is also essential in my role. Using ITIL’s service lifecycle and CSI I ensure that SLA’s and KPIs are met, the networks are maintained, protected, up to date and stable. Along with organising the project management of a multitude of hybrid or Azure based products including refresh of equipment and software, to CSP, Azure Cloud. IAAS, SAAS, and delivering Autonomous Business Continuity using RPA and leading edge ITSM and CMDB products like ServiceNowCurrent Skill setITIL4 Specialist, ServiceNow, SCCM, RM CC4 networks, Dell Sonic Wall, VMware, VSphere, VEEAM, RDS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, SharePoint 2016/OP, O365 and Azure AD, Azure Cloud, Google Classroom, SIMS MIS.
