Over 30 years service within the Metropolitan Police. A career Detective having worked across many aspects of major crime investigation. Since the late 1990 working within the specialist area of Digital Communications Data acquisition and investigation. Recently returned to the MPS following a central service secondment to develop and refresh front line investigative skills prior to planed exit from the service in October 2015. Current role is within SC & O7 – Serious and Organised Crime Command. Managing the Operational Development Team for the new Cybercrime Fraud Investigation enterprise “Operation Falcon” Role includes; Initial assessment and tasking of Cyber Fraud investigations. Public and commercial strategic partnership building and establishing engagement strategies with key online retail providers. Oversight of training and professional development of cyber fraud investigators within 'Falcon'. Identify and disseminate 'best practice' in cyber fraud investigation.
