Delivery and Planning Lead/Senior Project Planner/Project Manager that is driven and interested in various industries. I have a real passion for PMO management and successful project delivery; with a particular interest in digital/IT projects. I consider myself a power user for multiple Office 365 applications mainly SharePoint, Power BI and Project Professional/Project Web App. Some of my experience is as follows: Delivery and Planning Lead for Atos: Leading a team of project coordinators to support Projects and Programmes across the department. Overall responsibility of planning structure and governance for all projects. Programme & Senior Project Planner for Draken: Various planning activities for defence projects/programmes. Responsibility for multiple portfolios of work with a variety of different customers. Project Planner (Contractor) for Wessex Water: Designing and planning a multi-million pound programme; which incorporates a few thousand physical site installations across the Wessex region. Engineering Project Planner (Contractor) for AISH Technologies/AGI - Supporting the delivery of multiple projects across two sites via enterprise resource planning in MS project. Project Managing at the RNLI - Introducing the first Tier of a Shared Services model to create operational efficiencies and cost savings within our Support areas. Helping to create a new Intranet at the RNLI leveraging Office 365 and SharePoint Online as our pioneer software. Aiding with development, governance framework creation and content creation/curation. SharePoint Site creation, workflow, business process mapping and improvements, case management and a variety of other solutions delivered as mini projects for various departments.
