Senior Technical Programme Manager with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact, global initiatives in IT. Currently at Microsoft, I lead the buildout of Identity services in new data centre regions, driving scale, speed, and security across a worldwide infrastructure. I designed and implemented the global buildout process for Microsoft’s IDNA (Identity and Network Access) platform — a framework that has transformed delivery velocity and operational efficiency. To date, I’ve overseen the successful completion of hundreds of service deployments across the globe, often under tight timelines and with complex stakeholder environments. Prior to Microsoft, I spent 8 years at Accenture, specializing in IAM within the cybersecurity practice. There, I led end-to-end delivery of IAM solutions across diverse industries — from initial strategy and design through implementation and operational transition — enabling clients to achieve secure, scalable access frameworks. With 5+ years leading global teams across Ireland, Czechia, Latvia, the Philippines, and the U.S, I thrive in distributed, multicultural environments. My core strengths include programme governance, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and technical execution.
