I am a successful and highly motivated senior HR Professional and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with extensive HR management experience across a broad range of market sectors (including Utilities, Financial Services, Logistics, Media and Health). I believe in an approachable ‘can-do’ approach to HR and aim to provide practical commercially focused HR guidance to businesses. My experience covers: o Extensive experience in handling complex employee relations, TUPE and organisational design matters (in unionised and non-unionised environments) o I have managed numerous large scale projects including; acquisitions (through from due diligence to absorption into the business and cultural engagement), large scale recruitment initiatives and major restructures. o I have worked at senior management / board level in large organisations and SMEs. o I have familiarity with setting up, developing and managing highly effective HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D functions. o I've had responsibility for efficient management of significant budgets for recruitment, benefits and payroll. o I have the ability to consistently provide innovative and business orientated HR solutions to operational challenges.
