About Simon Nantais

I am an articulate, engaging, and highly collaborative Ph.D. and educational leader with 12 years of teaching experience in teaching-intensive and research-oriented post-secondary institutions. I have lectured over 100 university classes to class sizes up to 130 students and developed syllabi for 20 different university courses on a wide range of disciplines. Recognized as a skilled leader, educator, and facilitator, I have a talent for cultivating strong relationships and building leadership capacity through mentoring and coaching Career Snapshot: Over the course of my career, I have demonstrated an ability to provide strategic and day-to-day administrative and educational leadership to a group of diverse departments and disciplines while building collaborative partnerships across the university and enduring relationships with multiple community stakeholders.
