Over 30 years of direct Leadership Development through progressive stretch programs in Mountaineering, Winter or Water based expeditions and training across 5 continents. Culminating Military Service as a Chief Instructor: Warrant Officer Class 1 and proudly leading the British Army Everest Expedition during the ill-fated, devastating 2015 Everest mountaineering and regional disaster.Following a successful, engaging Military career: transitioned into a Corporate Senior Manager role at Canadian Pacific Railway. Construction Project Manager, Leadership roles - execute Corporate vision and results.
