Dedicated learner: Physical Training and Outdoor Pursuits Leader. Educated initially as an Army Aircraft Technician then transferred into the Royal Army Physical Training Corps and developed thousands of students via professional Physical & Adventurous Training, Resilience Leadership skills. Over 30 years of direct Leadership Development through progressive stretch PT programs, Mountaineering, Winter or Water based expeditions and training across 5 continents. Culminating Military Service as Chief Instructor: Warrant Officer Class 1 and proudly leading the British Army Everest Expedition during the ill-fated, devastating 2015 Everest mountaineering and regional disaster. Following a successful Military career: transitioned into a Corporate Senior Manager role at Canadian Pacific Railway. Construction/Engineering Project Manager, Leadership roles - execute Corporate vision and results. Develop technical, financial and executive experience, further enhancing leadership capabilities with a drive for genuine wellness to the people within organizations to provide the strategic edge in all cross functional teams. Seven years after Tibet: Calgary, Bow Valley, Banff, Vancouver Island development adventures. Exploring back in the Rockies to develop Team and Corporate physical training activities. Live, love the outdoors and develop teams in Calgary.
