About Simon Neil

I currently lead the EY National Markets transfer pricing team in London which focuses on mid-market businesses. The majority of my clients are UK headquartered privately owned or private equity backed businesses, from fast growth start-ups through to large established multinationals. I advise companies on all aspects of their intercompany transactions including designing and implementing pricing policies, performing risk and opportunity reviews of existing pricing policies, preparation of documentation, dispute resolution, operating model efficiency and business restructuring. I have worked on a number of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs, and ATCA’s). My advice always applies a practical, pragmatic approach, aligned with commercial objectives. I enjoy coaching and developing other members of the team, helping them to achieve their full potential. Building a dynamic, diverse and engaged team that is fun to be part of and where everyone's views are valued is for me a key objective to ensuring continued success. In my previous role I was responsible for leading and growing a team of transfer pricing specialists within the Private Business and Private Equity segments of PwC's London practice. I developed a strong track record of winning new work from existing and new clients, as well as leading large and complex projects.
