About Simon Norridge

Founding partner and Director of both ircc and Meir. I have over 40 years’ experience in HR consulting including all areas of international and domestic compensation. I have carried out consulting assignments in over 50 countries globally covering EMEA, Asia and the Americas. I have worked extensively in delivering Job Evaluation and Talent Management projects and in the design & implementation of both domestic and expatriate reward and human resource management systems. I have lived and worked as an expatriate in North Africa. • Conducted assignments covering Job Evaluation and talent management in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, developing supporting organization grading and pay structures. • Conducted bespoke and club Reward surveys in over 50 countries globally on behalf of a wide range of major multinationals, particularly in the Finance and Energy sectors. • Worked with clients in reviewing their Domestic and International payment systems and recommending and implementing changes as appropriate; • Worked with clients advising them on mergers and acquisitions and assisting them in harmonizing their domestic and international reward systems and processes. • Developed and delivered public and in house training programmes in Reward & Performance Management and Expatriate Management in Europe, Africa and Asia.
