I bring over 15 years of diverse experience in project assistance, office management, and administration, combined with a strong foundation in technology and business analytics. My journey began in 2007, where I honed my skills in project assistance and office management, developing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficient operations. From 2013 to 2021, I further refined my expertise in office administration, managing complex workflows and ensuring seamless office operations. My ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments has been a key driver of my success. Recognizing the growing importance of technology and data in today's business landscape, I expanded my skill set by completing a Nanodegree in Junior Cloud Practitioner in June 2022. This program equipped me with a solid understanding of computer operating systems, Python, Linux, AWS, networking, and troubleshooting, culminating in an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification. In August 2023, I deepened my expertise in business analytics and management through another Nanodegree, where I mastered tools like spreadsheets, Tableau, and SQL, gaining valuable insights into business and data analytics. In 2024, I further enhanced my capabilities by taking a comprehensive course in Business Analysis. This program covered key processes in business analysis, planning, elicitation and collaboration, stakeholder management, requirements lifecycle management, and agile methodologies, including Scrum Master skills. Today, I am passionate about leveraging my extensive background in administration, technology, and business analytics to drive organizational success and contribute to innovative projects.
