I lead the Deloitte China Services Group in South Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania which advises on inbound and outbound investment with China, assists local Chinese clients and provides migration assistance to Chinese seeking to migrate to Australia. I have over 20 years experience in providing expert taxation and business advice to publicly listed enterprises and medium to large private and family groups, including 2.5 years as a Tax Manager for an ASX Top 100 company. I assist complex groups manage their income tax affairs and provide advice on commercial and technical issues, including transactions and long term tax planning and structuring. I have extensive M&A experience, having conducted tax advisory and due diligence assignments for large corporate and private equity clients.
