I have extensive experience in the credit industry having held senior credit management positions in large companies such as the Toll Group, Australian Wheat Board (Landmark), Amcor Fibre Packaging, Visyboard, Cryovac Australia, Email Group, Coca Cola Bottlers & Robert Bryce.My experience is wide and varied with employment in the textile, food and beverage, building, petroleum, packaging, agribusiness and transport industriesWithin all of these companies I have achieved significant reductions in both DSO’s and bad debts.I am a credit manager who possesses strong leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills. I will mentor my team, skill and empower them to achieve the desired outcomes.I have strong reconciliation and collection skills with an excellent overall knowledge of the credit industry, being an active Associate of the Institute of Credit Management for over 20 years.I have successfully managed significant change and re-structuring in several organizations, including the amalgamation and centralization of debtors ledgers, and the rollout of new computer systems particularly SAP including training personnel across several countries. I have strong organizational skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated ‘hands on’ credit manager who enjoys a challenging position.
