I have held executive or senior roles in NZ's core infrastructure and ICT sectors and government agencies during critical business transformations where I led successful change in complex business strategy, digital re-engineering & experiential learning innovation for Telecom (now Chorus / Spark), Transpower, SoE & Education entities, Genesis Energy, Enable Networks and various fiber and electricity line companies. See below for examples of what I achieved for these organisations over the past twenty years: Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure Ltd • Objective: Turn-around performance of $10m electricity & fibre network utility market for company; • Achieved:$5m new multi-year recurring contracts with the utility sector and won award for transforming fibre network company's customer fulfillment performance with process automation solution; Transfield Worley Power Services Partnership • Objective: Establish $100m Genesis Energy O&M contract; • Achieved: First of its kind all-sites O&M contract led at the executive level (took executive-level team to 7 Australian power generation sites as part of reviewing assets management practices); Alcatel-Lucent & Telecom New Zealand Partnership • Objective: Establish and operate Centre of Excellence for IP network build & operate; • Achieved: Globally referred IP transformation success in design & NOC re-engineering by migrating approx a engineer-strong team to design practices necessary to build NZ's largest IP Mobile & Fixed Networks; Open Polytechnic • Objective: Modernise marketing online communications capabilities; • Achieved: Moved sole reliance from TV advertising to multiple online channels; D-cypha Limited (Transpower Subsidiary) • Objective: Create new GIS capability for electricity network market; • Achieved: Established Transpower’s $3m GIS capability for Power Grid-modernisation; Terralink International Ltd (before sold this was a NZ Government State-Owned-Enterprise in Receivership) • Objective: Prepare business for sale including all customer commercial matters; • Achieved: Successful sale at double market valuation for State-Owned Enterprise.
